Because all items are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY

We partner with trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your order safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–10 business days after production is complete.
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): Typically arrives within 2–5 business days after production is complete.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on product type, weight, and destination. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SECTION 6 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
